My food philosophy is inspired by Sally Fallon, Weston Price, and aspects of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine concerned with balancing the elements within the body, mind and spirit and of course, on the plate!
The easiest way to describe the way I eat would be to say that I follow an ancestrally inspired whole foods diet without any kind of neurotic and metabolism-damaging macronutrient restriction.
I believe in complete enjoyment of food - from the first bite until the last nutrient is perfectly utilised in the body.
